WELCOME TO THE WOODFIELD NEIGHBORHOOD

Founded in 1992, The Woodfield Homeowners Association is committed to keeping our neighborhood looking beautiful from the flag poles to the brick perimeter wall. We desire to help our residents feel happy to be part of our thriving neighborhood. The Homeowners Association Board meets about 10 times a year. Topics of discussion may include maintenance to our neighborhood, fun events for our neighbors, or homes that need to be addressed. If there is a concern or a suggestion for our neighborhood that needs to be brought to our attention, we invite you to attend our monthly meeting. We have 209 homes in Woodfield and look forward to seeing you at our events.
